ООО "Quark" is a manufacturer of lockers for swimming pools and fitness clubs
The company has been engaged in automatization of swimming pools and fitness clubs, including installing electronic equipment for changing rooms since 2013.We realized that over time standard lockers made of wood chip board can swell and locks can malfunction due to sagging hinges and decided to use different material to manufacture wet area lockers
Main goals:
- Compliance with the requirements of very humid environment of swimming pools, waterparks and fitness clubs

- Ease of assembly
Finding a solution:
We did not consider the option of making metal lockers, as they quickly rust, and their thin walls are easily deformed.
Turning to HPL plastics, which were already popular in the construction and production of furniture, the company found that cabinets made of this material are so difficult to manufacture, difficult to transport and whimsical to assemble, that the price for one tends to four tens of thousands.Further search led "Quark" to aluminum composite panels (ACP).
- The design of the lockers made of aluminum profiles and ACP has been developed with a minimum number of fasteners and with a unique attachment device for doors that exclude sagging.
- CNC machines are purchased, production is organized.
The first changing room with AquaLocker lockers appeared in the sports complex of the Smolensk State Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism in the fall of 2019.
